What employers ask about hospitality staff
Do you supply cooks for specific cuisines?
Tell us the cuisine and the outlet type. A tandoor cook and a continental line cook are different hires.
Will staff be comfortable with alcohol service?
Kuwait does not permit it, so the question rarely arises. Where a role involves anything a candidate may object to, we ask and state his answer.
Can you supply a full team for a new opening?
Yes, with a realistic mobilisation schedule. Give us the opening date and we will tell you what is achievable.
What English level should we expect?
Enough for the role, reported per man. We do not claim fluency across a batch.
