Privacy policy
This page explains what TKVK — Taj Kaushal Vikas Kendra collects from you, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It applies to this website and to the enquiries that reach us by phone, WhatsApp and email.
What we collect
When you contact us or register your trade, we collect what is needed to assess you and put you forward for work: your name, phone number, email address, trade and experience, and later — only if you proceed — your passport details, education and trade certificates, medical fitness report and police clearance.
We do not ask for bank passwords, card numbers or OTPs, and no one from this office will ever ask you for them. If someone does, it is not us.
Why we hold it
To assess your trade level, to prepare and check your documents, to submit your candidature to an employer, and to complete visa, PoE and departure formalities. Indian emigration rules also require a recruiting agent to keep records of the workers it deploys.
Who we share it with
Your file is shared with the employer you are being considered for, and with the authorities and service providers that the process requires — the eMigrate portal, the relevant embassy or visa centre, approved medical centres, and the airline for ticketing.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other agents or to anyone offering unrelated services.
How long we keep it
For as long as your candidature is active, and after that for the period Indian emigration record-keeping requires. If you want your file closed, tell us and we will stop putting you forward.
Website data
This site is a plain static website. It does not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser for security purposes. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message — anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request. Nothing else on this site is loaded from a third party.
