No promise of a job
Nothing on this site is an offer of employment. Whether you are selected is the employer's decision, and whether a visa is granted is the decision of that country's authorities. We prepare you, present you, and tell you honestly where you stand — we cannot guarantee an outcome, and you should not trust anyone who does.
Charges
Service charges to workers are limited by Indian emigration rules. What a service costs will be told to you before you pay, and every payment gets a receipt. Do not pay cash to any individual without a receipt, and do not pay anyone who claims to represent us without checking with the office first.
Information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and details you provide. False documents or false experience claims will end your candidature, and can get you blacklisted by the employer and by the destination country's authorities.
Accuracy of this site
Visa rules, medical requirements and clearance procedures in the Gulf countries change from time to time. We update this site when we learn of a change, but the position on the day you travel is what governs. Check anything critical with us directly rather than relying on a page you read earlier.

Impersonation
Our only email address is [email protected] and our only office is the address given below. We do not operate through agents in other cities collecting money in our name. If someone approaches you claiming to be from TKVK, call the office number and confirm before you hand over money or documents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
