What employers ask about hospitality staff
Can you supply teams for event peaks?
Tell us the dates and the numbers. Event staffing needs a realistic mobilisation schedule, and visas do not move faster because a date is fixed.
Do you supply cooks for specific cuisines?
Tell us the cuisine and the outlet type. A tandoor cook and a continental line cook are different hires.
Will staff be comfortable with alcohol service?
We ask candidates directly and state their answer rather than sending someone who refuses the duty on arrival.
What English level should we expect?
Enough for the role, reported per man. We do not claim fluency across a batch.
