Systems knowledge
Fuel, hydraulics, cooling, air and electrical systems at the depth his claimed level requires.
Tooling and measurement
Torque work, clearances, gauges, and the discipline to measure rather than estimate.
Workshop practice
Cleanliness, part handling, and whether he records what he did.
Certificates and papers
ITI Motor Mechanic and Diesel Mechanic certificates go with the profile where held, alongside previous fleet or workshop service records. Light vehicle and heavy equipment experience are stated separately.
Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, approved medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are sequenced so nothing expires while your visa is in process, and documents are prepared in the form LMRA processing expects.

What employers ask about mechanics
Do you supply heavy equipment mechanics?
Yes, but in smaller numbers than general mechanics. Tell us the machines and brands.
Can they work from service manuals in English?
The assessment covers it and reports per man.
Do you supply auto electricians?
Ask. Auto electrical is a separate skill and we do not let a mechanic stand in for one on paper.
Can our foreman test them by video?
Yes. We arrange the candidates, the unit and the tools.
