What the plumbing test covers
Pipework and jointing
Threading, solvent welding, compression and press fittings as your work requires, judged on the joint rather than the speed.
Pressure testing
Whether the man tests properly and interprets the result, or signs off on a system he has not proven.
Reading drawings and setting out
Working from a layout, setting levels and falls correctly — a wrong fall is a permanent problem.
Fixing and support
Bracketing, spacing and insulation, because unsupported pipework fails later regardless of how good the joints were.
Certificates and papers
ITI Plumber certificates and previous project records go with the profile where held. Sanitary fit-out experience and mechanical or process pipework experience are stated separately.
Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, approved medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are prepared so the file clears the Qatar Visa Centre first time.

Yes. They overlap but they are not the same hire, and the assessment says which one a man is.
Can they carry out pressure testing themselves?
The test includes it. A plumber who cannot test properly is not finished work, only started work.
Do you supply plumbers for maintenance contracts?
