Standards, ledgers, transoms and bracing set correctly, with the man working to a system rather than to habit.
Ties and stability
Tie spacing and fixing, base plates and sole boards, and whether he recognises when a structure needs more than he has given it.
Working platform and access
Boarding, toe boards, guard rails and ladder access — the parts an inspector checks first.
Inspection and tagging discipline
Whether he understands that an untagged or unchecked scaffold is not a usable scaffold, and reports rather than improvises.
Certificates and papers
Where a man holds a recognised scaffolding certificate or a previous employer’s competency record, it goes with the profile and is described for exactly what it covers. Where he holds none, we say so and let the practical test speak.
Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, approved medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are prepared so the file clears the Qatar Visa Centre first time.

Tell us the system used on your site. Where a man has not worked with it, we say so rather than assuming he will pick it up.

Heat discipline and hydration are part of the pre-departure briefing, and prior Gulf service is stated per man.
Can our safety officer assess them before selection?
Yes, in person at our New Delhi centre or by video. We arrange the material and the structure.
