The joint you specify
Process, position, material, thickness and the code your work follows. A plate welder and a 6G pipe welder are not interchangeable, and we do not present them as if they were.
Visual inspection of the finished weld
Undercut, porosity, bead profile, start and stop quality, photographed from the angles your inspector uses.
Fit-up and preparation
Joint prep, gap setting and tacking, because most bad welds are decided before the arc strikes.
Consumables and safety
Electrode handling and storage, machine settings, and hot-work discipline.
Certificates and papers
Trade certificates, ITI qualifications and previous test records go with the profile where the man holds them, described for exactly what they prove. Where he holds none, we say so and let the test speak.
Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, approved medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are sequenced so nothing expires while your visa is in process.

Do you supply welders for shutdown crews in Oman?
Tell us the window and the numbers. Shutdown work needs men who hold quality under time pressure, and we select and test for that differently from routine fabrication.
Can our inspector re-test them on arrival?
Yes, and most employers do. Our test exists so the man reaching your re-test has a real chance of passing it.
