Why electricians are tested before shortlisting
An electrician who cannot read a drawing, or who terminates untidily, does not fail visibly on day one. He fails three months later when a panel trips or an inspection is refused. That is why the test matters more here than the paperwork.

What the electrical test actually covers
Drawing to wiring
The man is given a simple schematic and asked to wire it. Whether he can read the drawing without help tells you most of what you need to know.
Termination and dressing
Crimping, lugging, glanding, cable dressing inside a panel. Untidy termination is the single most common reason Gulf supervisors downgrade an Indian electrician.
Testing and measurement
Continuity, insulation resistance with a megger, and correct use of a multimeter. A man who guesses instead of measuring is not an electrician.
Isolation and safety
Lock-out tag-out awareness, proving dead before work, and the discipline to refuse an unsafe instruction.
Certificates and papers
ITI Electrician trade certificates and wireman licences are sent with the profile where the man holds them. We state which certificate he holds and which he does not, and we never upgrade a domestic wireman into an industrial electrician on paper.
Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, GAMCA or Wafid medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are sequenced so nothing expires while your visa is in process.

What employers ask about electricians
Do you distinguish between domestic, commercial and industrial electricians?
Yes, and it matters. A man who has wired villas is not ready for a plant. We test to the level your work needs and tell you where a candidate actually sits.
Can they read and work from drawings in English?
The test includes it. We report honestly on each man rather than claiming it across the board.
Do you supply electricians with HV experience?
Ask, and we will tell you what we genuinely have. High-voltage work is not something to overstate.
Can our engineer interview and test by video?
Yes. We arrange the candidates, the panel and the instruments, and your engineer runs it from Saudi Arabia.
