Machine handling under observation
The man operates the machine he is claiming. Smoothness, control and awareness of the swing radius are judged by someone who knows the machine.
Pre-start checks
Whether he checks before he starts, or climbs on and turns the key. This one habit predicts most of what follows.
Site awareness and signalling
Banksman signals, spotters, exclusion zones, and whether he stops when he cannot see.
Licence and record check
Indian licence category and validity are verified and stated. Where a Saudi licence conversion or a separate operator certificate will be needed, we say so upfront.
Certificates and papers
Indian driving and operator licences are verified for category and validity, and sent with the profile. We state clearly which machines a man is licensed for and which he has only operated, because those are not the same thing.
