Hire trade-tested Indian welders for Saudi Arabia

Arc, MIG and TIG welders tested on a real joint in New Delhi before they reach your shortlist — with the test piece photographed and the assessment sent to your QA man.

Why welders are tested before shortlisting

Welding is the trade where a bad hire shows up fastest and costs the most. A weld that fails visual or NDT inspection is not just rework: it is a held-up line, a re-test, and a man you now have to replace from abroad. Everything we do with welders is aimed at making that discovery happen in New Delhi instead of on your site.

The recruitment licence is held by Taj HR Services — B-3252/DEL/PER/1000+/5/11251/2025, issued by India’s Ministry of External Affairs — and every deployment to Saudi Arabia runs through it.

What the welding test actually covers

  1. The joint you specify

Tell us the process, the position, the material and thickness, and the code your project works to. A man tested on 6G pipe is not the same as a man tested on a flat plate, and we do not pretend otherwise.

  2. Visual inspection of the finished weld

Undercut, porosity, spatter, bead profile, start and stop quality. The test piece is photographed from the angles your inspector would look at.

  3. Fit-up and preparation

Most bad welds start before the arc does. We watch how the man preps the joint, sets the gap, and tacks.

  4. Consumable handling and safety

Electrode storage and handling, machine settings, screen and glove discipline, hot-work awareness. Bad habits here cost you on the safety record.

Certificates and papers

Where a welder holds a genuine certification — a trade certificate, an NDT-passed test record from a previous employer, or an ITI qualification — we send the document with the profile and say plainly what it does and does not prove. Where he has none, we say that too, and let the test speak.

Alongside the trade papers, every candidate’s passport and ECR status, GAMCA or Wafid medical, police clearance and eMigrate PoE clearance are sequenced so nothing expires while your visa is in process.

What employers ask about welders

Can you supply 6G-qualified pipe welders?

Ask us for the specific qualification you need and we will tell you honestly whether we have men at that level, and how many. We would rather say no than send a plate welder against a 6G requirement.

Will our QA man be able to re-test them in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, and most contractors do. Our test is there so the man who reaches your re-test has a real chance of passing it, not to replace your procedure.

Do you supply welders with Aramco or SABIC approval experience?

Tell us what your project requires and we will tell you what we actually have, including when the answer is that we do not have it. We do not attach client names to candidates to make them look better.

What if a welder fails the test on arrival?

Ask for our replacement terms in writing before you commit. We would rather state them plainly than let you assume.

Tell us how many welders you need

Numbers, salary and terms, and the date you need them on site. You will get a straight answer — including when the answer is no. You can also see all trades we supply to Saudi Arabia.
